Training isn’t an option

The temptation in a project is always to put training as one of the secondary activities, and of course, when project deadlines loom there’s a real temptation to cut down on the time for training. We know from many years of successfully delivering application training to our customers that you can’t take shortcuts with training – it just isn’t an option!
