Wet Rental in Australia, Operated Plant in the UK and Operated Equipment elsewhere. Whatever the terminology, Operated Equipment requires specialized rental equipment software functionality and special reporting capabilities. rentalresult received Powered by NetWeaver status back in 2006, after our initial selection by SAP as their white space partner for Rental software. rentalresult provides a rental industry solution for an area not covered directly in any of SAP’s vertical markets. It doesn’t really matter what term you use to describe it, sub-rentals are always a complex process to manage without losing time or money. All rental businesses know that the cost of sub-renting equipment unnecessarily, or for too long (when your own equipment is now available and standing idle), is an expensive undertaking. We’d like to announce the development of a new partnership with web-survey company Vovici. (www.vovici.com). Using the Vovici API we have created some automatic links between activity in rentalresult and your ability to send satisfaction and other types of surveys to your customers. These days, we spend a lot of time focusing on customers, and implementing new features to make sure that they get the best possible experience, but at the other end of the scale, vendors tend to drop down the priority list. The innovations team at rentalresult is always looking at new technology to work out what we can use to benefit our customers. But most of the time, its not the technology but the idea that is important. There is now an additional value added sales option which allows you to automatically create after-sales warrranties for both used and new equipment sales.
