Custom implementation

For those customers who wish to take ownership of the software, a Custom option is available allowing you to own a development licence and have full access to the source code. This option normally creates a 2 stage project, with the initial phase following Classic lines.

Project management

The scope and scale of the project management and training tasks will depend entirely on your requirements for the long term management of the software. This may include total independence from rentalresult, or a partnership whereby you continue to receive new standard software development whilst developing the system yourselves.

Training

In addition to user training available in the Classic implementation strategy, the custom project includes a training process to equip your own developers with the skills, knowledge and understanding to develop the software directly on your behalf. Training for developers will generally take place as a secondment within the rentalresult development team.
