Passionate About Rental

Use it, or Lose it!

You might think we are being a bit harsh, but actually this is all about encouraging you to make sure that your users see only what is necessary and useful to their jobs. Anything they do not use, they lose. Not as a punishment but as a way of streamlining their applications to be as effective as possible.

As an example, one of our customers recently expanded use of the system to their internal construction sites so that the construction teams could raise their own rental orders, rather than ringing them into an internal rental team at head office. Rather than offering them the whole application however, they cut the necessary detail down to just 3 tabs, with half a dozen fields on each tab.

This gives them 3 fantastic advantages:

No training requirement – once the user starts, every field must be filled in, and they are all self explanatory.

• No possibility of mis-entries, every field is constrained to ensure valid data is entered.

• Huge improvements in productivity

So, rather than force your staff to wade through more than they need, cut out the waste and simplify!
