However complex the technology there are times when simple is best. We have recently added a nice simple solution for those people who need their customers to sign and return contracts or safety information sheets before rental equipment is dispatched.
Rather than process everything manually, or rely on a web based solution which only a proportion of your customers may be technically savvy enough to adopt, we’ve added an electronic fax-back option. Before you say it, yes we know faxes are generally paper, but they don’t actually have to be!
Simply fax your original documents and publish a fax back number. (Remember rentalresult faxes direct from the application so you don’t need to print anything!) When the inbound fax is received (again electronically) the system will automatically attach the inbound fax to the relevant contract and notify you that the confirmation has been received. To make things even more streamlined it will save the faxed document electronically within your document management system.
No more paperwork, fax your customer, receive your fax back, store the signed document, all electronically. The best bit… no cost to you!
