Small is Beautiful!

The innovations team at rentalresult is always looking at new technology to work out what we can use to benefit our customers. But most of the time, its not the technology but the idea that is important.

After watching a new user getting to grips with the applications a couple of weeks ago, one of the team realized that what was needed was easier ways of getting from one application to the next particularly when a user doesn’t use an application regularly, or is just getting used to the system.

So was born our application linking and application menu search options, which have just been added into the system. This isn’t a huge change, its certainly not rocket-science, but sometimes simplicity is best!
