rentalresult received Powered by NetWeaver status back in 2006, after our initial selection by SAP as their white space partner for Rental software. rentalresult provides a rental industry solution for an area not covered directly in any of SAP’s vertical markets.
Customers such as MVS Zeppelin, the CAT Rental Store in Germany with over a 120 locations, have a high level of integration between their SAP financials and rentalresult software with data such as Customers, Assets and Invoices being managed between the systems. Such integration is highly effective, increasing productivity and ensuring that customers can take benefits from both best of breed solutions.
A higher degree of integration is available if required, some customers having up to 20 interfaces for the realtime movement of information between the systems. It is as simple as creating a new customer master in SAP, and seeing it available for use in rentalresult a split second later. The integration uses our Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) to deliver industry standard controlled messaging between the systems. Our SOA platform, released in 2008 allows us a huge degree of flexibility in moving data, querying other systems and receiving information when customers need it.
