(PHOENIX, AZ — October 28th, 2009) Building on its reputation for Great Pumps and Great People, Godwin Pumps®, the largest manufacturer of portable rental pumps in the United States with 25 branch offices and a network of over 300 distributors worldwide, recently completed its implementation of rentalresult – the Java-based rental software from Result Group, Inc.

Godwin Pumps chose rentalresult as a single, best-of-breed solution for the diverse needs of its rental, sales and servicing business, helping Godwin achieve these key drivers, while being very user friendly and easy-to-understand. A significant number of key operational and commercial drivers contributed to the decision to refine Godwin’s business processes throughout the software development process, including Customer Service, Information Availability and Asset Control.

“We continue to invest in business practices that will solidify our standing as the world leader in portable pump rentals,” said Godwin president, John Paz. “We are very excited to have completed our rollout of the rentalresult application. We believe that rentalresult is the best rental software available today. We have also developed a very strong, working partnership with Result Group that will allow us to continue improving our Customer Service and help ensure that we maintain our reputation for Great Pumps and Great People.”

“The successful implementation of rentalresult at Godwin Pumps demonstrates how well-run businesses focused on both rental and distribution find value and efficiencies with  rentalresult,” said Result Group, Sr VP, James Horsfall. “Throughout the implementation, we have had the full commitment of the Godwin Team and have worked to ensure we deliver the benefits expected at the start of the implementation. The success of our roll-out highlights how Godwin Pumps and Result Group have worked in partnership to deliver a solution with both immediate and long-term benefits that will help enhance Godwin Pumps leadership in its market.”
