Asset lifecycle management
At the heart of the rentalresult application lie the asset modules, which allow you to manage the lifecycle of an asset within your business. From the Maintenance and workshop modules which have been designed to allow you to capture, record and report on the costs associated with your assets during its lifetime, to the billing and purchasing modules, which allow you to record initial cost and revenues. The system is designed to bring all the information back to an asset level to allow you to calculate return on investment (ROI).
Assets form the backbone of the entire rental, sales, maintenance and purchasing applications with no double entry required between modules. Depreciation, revaluation and asset cost accruals are also automated including posting into the GL .
Specialist asset lifecycle management features include:
- Manage Uniquely identifiable, Serialized, Bulk, Batched and Services (non quantity items eg delivery) across all rental, sales and purchasing modules.
