CRM and Quotations

Over the years our CRM modules have become more and more integrated into the different areas of the system. Initially we followed a traditional CRM pattern linking contact and salesperson management into Quotes and customers. More recently we have expanded our CRM offering to combine customer service call management with CRM so that the 2 are now linked into everything from the AR to Workshop and maintenance, to Quotations and prospect customers.

Customer service calls allow you to keep details both of incoming requests / issues etc logged by customers, and sales activities logged by sales people, allowing a 360° view of a customer or prospect account.

  • Fully integrated into Rental and Sales, rentalresult’s CRM module allows customers and contacts to be profiled and salespeople to be managed and monitored.
  • Specialized Sales control center to provide a single unified view of customerinformation including current debt information, outstanding quotesand contracts, call notes and customer service details for salespeople.
  • Assign individual contacts and customers to individual sales people and re-assign individually or in groups as appropriate.
