• Operated Equipment Control Center or Day Book for managing the standard rental process including quotes & inquiries, operated equipment orders, allocation of assets and operators, operator qualification information, on and off-rent processing and operator changes.
• Specialized operated equipment rental contracts allowing you to manage both operated and non-operated equipment on the same transaction, for example you may rent out a crane as an operated equipment asset, and provide traffic management systems as a standard rental item.
• Sub-rental or Re-rental management directly from within rental contracts and within the operated equipment control center.
• Fast quote options to allow tentative inquiries to be recorded for later conversion to full orders. This is especially useful in environments where rental contracts may be confirmed at the last minute such as concrete pumping where weather may be a significant factor. Fast quotes can be entered in less than 10 seconds as a place-holder for potential business.
• Site Visit recording and ability to create a quote directly from a Site Visit.
• Internal document management for associating site drawings, overhead powerline maps etc to specific rental contracts.
• Operator maintenance to allow individual operators to be created, linked to payroll IDs and to manage allowed equipment and qualifications against operators.
• Job or Hour based charging on a contract by contract basis to suit industry or individual customer preferences.
• Timesheet entry & billing options allowing rental charges to be built based on labor and timesheet values rather than pure machine rental charges if required.
