Volvo Construction Equipment Rents, Inc. (Volvo Rents), has announced that it has entered into a contractual agreement with Result Group to operate its rentalresult management system worldwide. The system is a software application providing complete lifecycle management of the rental of construction equipment and related assets from acquisition to disposal. The purpose of the program is to provide superior customer service through fast and efficient rental contract processing supported by effective, integrated back office functions including workshop, maintenance, accounting, financial and management reporting.
Result Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom, with offices in Phoenix, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia, develops and owns the Java-based Enterprise Business System that has more than 15,000 system users worldwide.
Volvo Rents has sixty-five (65) equipment rental centers open in North America and sixty-two (62) centers in Europe ( Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria).
